We enforce a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. (for appts that take up to 3 hours, new clients only)

Photos help more than anything you can write. Three is plenty: the front, the back, and whatever it is you want changed.
Appointments priced $100 or more hold a $75 deposit, and it comes off your final bill. For services the salon confirms first, we take your card when you book and charge it when they confirm. For services you can book straight into the calendar, the deposit is charged when you book. If you have booked with us before, we skip the deposit.
